Edition 2025 — Buoncammino Sanctuary Festival

The third edition of the Festival of the Sanctuary of Maria SS. del Buoncammino animated Altamura between late May and early June 2025, confirming the spring event born from the collaboration between Murum Aps, the Sanctuary, and the Madonna del Buoncammino Association. Four days of religious celebrations, a Marian candlelight procession, musical moments, and popular events for the whole community.

In 2025, the third edition of the Sanctuary Festival reaffirmed the deep bond between Altamura and its Madonna del Buoncammino. Around the sanctuary, moments of prayer—Eucharistic celebrations, rosaries, and pilgrimages—alternated with popular festive events, with stalls and the active participation of young volunteers. The evocative evening candlelight procession with the painting of the Madonna and the traditional blessing of the trucks represented, as every year, the moments most felt by the community.
