Edition 2025 — Rocciata Festival

The 2025 edition paired the 31st Rocciata Festival with the 11th Handmade Gnocchi Festival, in San Giovanni Profiamma. For several weeks, the stalls offered rocciata, the typical Foligno dessert, and handmade potato gnocchi, while every evening dance shows and moments dedicated to good food enlivened the hamlet.

The 2025 edition of the Rocciata Festival in San Giovanni Profiamma (Foligno), now in its 31st year and combined with the 11th Handmade Gnocchi Festival, took place from July 25 to August 10.

The star was the rocciata, the typical Foligno dessert prepared by volunteer cooks, alongside handmade potato gnocchi. Every evening, the festival offered dance shows and moments dedicated to good food, confirming itself as one of the most cherished village festivals in the area.
