Edition 2025 — San Lorenzo and San Prudenzio Festival
The 2025 edition of the Formello patronal feast took place from August 7th to 11th, featuring five nights of music, shows, and tradition. The stage in the Municipal Gardens hosted performances by Manuela Villa, Tony Esposito, Dirotta su Cuba, the show «Voglio tornare negli anni '90», and Amedeo Minghi. The event also included the San Lorenzo procession with illuminated fountains, the band concert, the San Lorenzo Trophy, and the final fireworks.
2025 Edition: five nights of music and tradition
From August 7 to 11, 2025, Formello celebrated its patron saints San Lorenzo and San Prudenzio with a rich program under the artistic direction of Marcello Cirillo.
- August 7: opening of the festivities with fireworks, performance by the Cheer Majorettes, and a concert by Manuela Villa in the Municipal Gardens.
- August 8: concert by the «A. Bernabei» marching band in Piazza San Lorenzo, animation and cinema for children in the courtyard of Palazzo Chigi, followed by a concert by Tony Esposito.
- August 9: procession of San Lorenzo with illuminated fountains and a live performance by Dirotta su Cuba.
- August 10: 5th San Lorenzo Trophy and the show «Voglio tornare negli anni '90».
- August 11: concert by Amedeo Minghi, lottery draw, and fireworks display by the Bordini company at midnight.
Throughout the festival, food and craft stalls accompanied the evenings from Piazza Donato Palmieri to Viale Umberto I, with free admission at all times.
