Edition 2025 — Most Holy Crucifix Festival

In 2025, the Festival of the Most Holy Crucifix in San Cataldo featured the customary procession of the Patron Saint on the second Sunday of October, accompanied by the traditional October Fair, the "Fera Ranni," held from Saturday, October 11th to Tuesday, October 14th in the Santa Germana district. The edition recorded 180 exhibitors, with a large two-level fairground area and a renovated food zone, as well as an inclusive day dedicated to people with disabilities.

2025 Edition

The 2025 edition of the patronal feast of San Cataldo was celebrated with the triduum and the procession of the Most Holy Crucifix in the historic center. In parallel, the traditional October Fair ("Fera Ranni") took place from Saturday, October 11 to Tuesday, October 14, 2025 in the Santa Germana district, extending along Viale dei Platani.

The inauguration took place on Saturday, October 11 at 7:30 PM on Via Santa Maria Mazzarello. The fair counted 180 exhibitors (15 more than the previous year), including food, non-food, and traveling show sectors. The fairground area was organized on two levels, with an area dedicated to adults and a baby zone for the little ones, as well as an expanded food zone.

Among the initiatives of the edition, an inclusive day dedicated to people with disabilities was held on Monday, October 13, starting at 4:00 PM. The organization was managed by the Municipality of San Cataldo.
