Festival of the Dead

The third edition of the Festival of the Dead in Monreale was held from October 31 to November 2, 2025, in Piazza Guglielmo II, with continuous hours from 10:30 AM to 10:00 PM. The square was transformed into a village dedicated to the Sicilian tradition of the deceased, with stalls of traditional sweets such as pupaccena and frutta di martorana.

The program offered live music, entertainment, and performances for all ages, as well as a rich Kids Area with cartoon mascots, creative workshops, games, and animated film screenings. The event was organized by Smile and Kids Party in collaboration with the Taccorosso Cultural Association and under the patronage of the Municipality of Monreale. Free admission.
