Edition 2025 — Festival of the Blessed Bertrand

In 2025, Fontaniva also celebrated its patron saint with the Festival of the Blessed Bertrand, held between late February and early March: a food stand, dancing evenings, carousels, a charity raffle, and street artists animated the area behind the Town Hall, continuing a devotion that has lasted over six centuries.

The 2025 edition of the Festival of the Blessed Bertrand renewed the patronal feast of Fontaniva (Padua) around the first Sunday in March. Promoted by the Municipality and the Parish, it featured the usual food stand with spit-roasted meats and local specialties, ballroom dancing evenings, carousels, a charity raffle, and entertainment with street artists.

The festival confirms itself as one of the most cherished events in the upper Padua region, linked to the figure of Blessed Bertrand, a pilgrim who died in the town in 1221.
