Edition 2025 — Festival of Tajulin

In May 2025, the second edition of the Festa dei Tajulin sa la Fava was held in Mondolfo, at the San Sebastiano Gardens. The event, organized by the Pro Loco Tre Colli, confirmed the success of the village's signature dish, egg tagliolini made with fava bean flour, accompanied by live music, local desserts, and family activities.

The second edition of the Festival of Tajulin sa la Fava enlivened Mondolfo in May 2025, consolidating an event that has become a fixture on the gastronomic calendar of the province of Pesaro and Urbino.

At the San Sebastiano Gardens, the volunteers of Pro Loco Tre Colli offered tajulin sa la fava along with piadine made with fava bean flour, artisanal sweets, and activities for children, with live music evenings. The charity raffle, as tradition dictates, supported local charitable causes.
