Edition 2025 — Strozzapreti alla Norcina
The 22nd edition of the Festival of Strozzapreti alla Norcina was held from August 12 to 15, 2025, in the Cerretana hamlet of Montefortino, Province of Fermo. For 2025 as well, the association Cerretana E' VITA reprised the format that has made this Ferragosto festival famous.
The stars of the table were the strozzapreti alla Norcina, dressed with cream, sausage, and black pepper, alongside grilled meats, artisanal cured meats, cheeses, and homemade sweets, all accompanied by local wines. The evenings were enlivened by folk groups, popular dances, games, and entertainment for the little ones, in an atmosphere of authentic conviviality among the hills of the Sibillini Mountains.
