The Twin Saints of Concorezzo
The Festival of Saints Cosmas and Damian is the patronal festival of Concorezzo, in the Province of Monza and Brianza. The two saints, doctors and martyrs who lived in the 3rd century and are venerated as twins, are the protectors of the town: the parish church is dedicated to them, and the celebrations in their honor represent one of the strongest identity moments of the Concorezzo year.

The festival combines the religious dimension with the civil and community one. The spiritual heart is the solemn patronal mass, celebrated in the Church of SS. Cosmas and Damian, with devotional traditions passed down from generation to generation. The program, as per tradition, includes the solemn patronal mass in the church dedicated to the twin saints, cultural events including the string concert at Villa Zoja, and the civic award ceremony for the "Gügia dòra".
