Edition 2025 — Saint Esuperanzio

In 2025, Montefelcino celebrated its patron Saint Esuperanzio on Sunday, January 26, in the mother church of Saints Severus and Esuperanzio. The Eucharistic concelebration was presided over by Archbishop Sandro Salvucci and saw the participation of the mayor and civil and military authorities, with the singing of the Betania interparochial choir and pieces by the town band.

The 2025 edition of the Festival of Saint Esuperanzio opened on Saturday, January 25, with the 6:00 PM Holy Mass. Sunday, January 26, marked the peak of the celebrations: the 9:30 AM Mass and, at 11:00 AM, the solemn Eucharistic concelebration presided over by Archbishop Sandro Salvucci, organized by the Sant'Esuperanzio Association of Montefelcino. The mayor of Montefelcino and the civil and military authorities of the territory participated in the liturgy. The celebration was enlivened by the singing of the Betania interparochial choir and its musicians, while before and after the Mass, the Montefelcino town band performed its pieces. Following this, the customary community lunch took place.
