Festival of Porchetta and Beans with Pork Rinds

The 2025 edition, the thirty-first, of the Festival of Porchetta and Beans with Pork Rinds was held from August 7 to 10 at the Sports Field of Monte Santa Maria Tiberina (PG). The Pro Loco re-proposed the dishes that embody the ancient school of the village's norcini: beans with pork rinds among the first courses and porchetta among the second courses, accompanied by handmade pasta with mushrooms and focaccias with local cured meats. The evenings were enlivened by musical entertainment, with musicians on stage and the youth space at the Petunia Pig Pub.
