Edition 2025 — Our Lady of Mount Carmel Marsico Nuovo
In 2025, Marsico Nuovo celebrated Our Lady of Mount Carmel on the last Sunday of July with the traditional Flight of the Angel and the solemn procession, confirming the event as one of the most cherished in the Val d'Agri community.
The 2025 edition of the Festival of Our Lady of Mount Carmel brought back to Marsico Nuovo the rite that the community cherishes with great participation. The Flight of the Angel opened the solemn procession of the Virgin's simulacrum through the historic center, amidst the emotion of the faithful, while the village squares hosted moments of celebration and gathering. A celebration that reaffirmed the deep Marian devotion of Marsico Nuovo.
