Edition 2025 — Our Lady of Constantinople

In 2025, Agnone renewed the Festival of Our Lady of Constantinople, an ancient votive festival from 1656. After the novena, the evening procession carried the icon of Our Lady from the Capuchin church to Piazza XX Settembre, preceded by the consecration of children and accompanied by orchestras.

The 2025 edition of the Festival of Our Lady of Constantinople confirmed the continuity of a devotion that has lasted for centuries in Agnone. Preceded by the novena, the festival on the third Sunday of May saw the consecration of children to Our Lady and light music on Saturday, and on Sunday, Masses and the evocative evening procession with the icon of Our Lady through the town streets, concluding in Piazza XX Settembre amidst the sounds of orchestras.
