Festival of New Wine and Local Products

The 2025 edition, the 29th, of the Festival of New Wine and Local Products was held in Acquasparta from November 7 to 16. The exhibition dedicated to the tools of winemakers and farmers was open daily from 4 PM to 8 PM under the arcades of Palazzo Cesi, while the tastings in Piazza Federico Cesi were concentrated on November 8, 9, 15, and 16.

As tradition dictates, the stars were the new wine, bruschetta, and roasted chestnuts, alongside local products. The tavern offered dinners featuring Umbrian cuisine. The event was organised by the Carnival Committee together with the local Pro Loco, with the patronage of the Municipality of Acquasparta.
