Edition 2025 — Festival of New Oil
In November 2025, Rotello celebrated the Festival of New Oil with tastings of freshly pressed extra virgin olive oil, traditional dishes, and fireworks, in a celebration dedicated to the green gold of lower Molise.
The 2025 edition of the Festival of New Oil confirmed Rotello's connection to its oil production. The freshly pressed extra virgin olive oil was the star of tastings on warm bruschetta and paired with traditional peasant dishes, while the fireworks display lit up the autumn evening.
The event attracted visitors and enthusiasts in search of the most authentic flavours of lower Molise, highlighting the work of local producers and oil mills.
