Festival of Molisan Flavours – Festival of Festivals

The Festival of Molisan Flavours is a regular fixture of the Scapoli summer. In the 2025 edition, the historic centre of Scapoli hosted, in the evening, the great gastronomic showcase of the province of Isernia, with the 'raviolo scapolese' as the star alongside typical dishes and Molisan wines.

The event, which began in 2009 and has become a symbol of the promotion of regional flavours over time, confirmed its convivial atmosphere, attracting residents and visitors to the bagpipe village.

As tradition dictates, the 2025 program included an evening of tastings in the historic centre, with stands offering typical Molisan dishes, the 'raviolo scapolese', and local wines, with the participation of the Pro Loco associations of the province of Isernia.
