Edition 2025 — Festival of lu Ciuccittu

In 2025 too, the Festa de lu Ciuccittu animated Ferentillo on Easter and Easter Monday. Between the egg challenge among the terzieri, the giant truffle omelette, traditional games, and the artisan market, the Valnerina renewed one of its most characteristic Easter traditions.

The 2025 edition

In 2025, the Festa de lu Ciuccittu took place in Ferentillo on Easter and Easter Monday, in Piazza Vittorio Emanuele II. The festival reprised the traditional format: the egg challenge among the terzieri, with the preparation of the giant truffle omelette using the broken eggs, games like 'lu Tiro a lu Galle' and 'Presa dell'uovo a Volo', the artisan market, and music by the Cantori della Valnerina.

The event, organized by the Pro Loco of Ferentillo, traditionally concludes with a procession among the three historic terzieri and the awards ceremony, in an intertwining of folklore, taste, and popular devotion.
