The 2025 edition of Lo Pan Ner in Sonico was held on October 11th, from 1:30 PM to 6:00 PM, as part of the large cross-border festival dedicated to rye bread. The village's historic ovens came back to life with traditional baking, accompanied by tastings, workshops, and moments to discover alpine culture. Organized by the Pro Loco of Sonico together with the cultural association Lo Pan Ner, the festival reaffirmed the value of an ancient heritage, preserved by the communities of Valle Camonica and celebrated throughout the Alps.
