Edition 2025 — Lisotto Festival of Pallare

From August 15 to 18, 2025, Pallare celebrated its 43rd Lisotto Festival with San Rocco celebrations. At the sports facilities, Grandma's De.Co. lisotti and local specialties were served at the food stand, open every evening from 7 PM, with live music each night.

The 2025 edition, the 43rd, took place from August 15 to 18 at the Pallare sports facilities, on the occasion of the San Rocco celebrations. The stars were Grandma's lisotti, a De.Co. product, the griddle-cooked potato flatbread served in the traditional version with garlic sauce and in many delicious variations.

The food stand opened every evening from 7 PM, with live music accompanying the evenings. A festival that confirmed the Lisotto Festival as one of the most beloved summer events in the Savona Bormida Valley.
