A neighborhood festival in the heart of Tolentino
The Festival of Graces is one of the most cherished neighborhood festivals in Tolentino, in the province of Macerata, in the Marche region. Every year, in mid-June, the Le Grazie district and industrial area come alive for three evenings of conviviality organized by the Gruppo Festeggiamenti Le Grazie, with the patronage of the Municipality of Tolentino. The heart of the event is Piazzale G. Falcone, which for the occasion transforms into a large festival area with food stands, a dance floor, and spaces for families.
The finest Marche cuisine takes center stage
As in every authentic village festival, the table is queen here. The evenings begin with typical dinners: from seafood dinners, with chitarrine pasta, mussel stew, mixed fried fish, and seafood salad, to the great classics of Marche land cuisine, such as polenta (red with duck ragu or white with sausage and mushrooms), grilled lamb (scottadito), mixed grill, porchetta, and gnocchi alla norcina. Everything is prepared and served by neighborhood volunteers, in a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
Music, dancing, and entertainment for everyone
After dinner, the party continues with live dance orchestras, which get young and old on the dance floor every evening with classic liscio and ballroom music. There are also moments dedicated to the younger generation, with afternoon games, balloons, and entertainment, exhibitions of paintings by local artists, dance and karate performances, as well as the inevitable charity raffle and wheel of fortune game. Sunday morning is dedicated to tradition, with a vintage car tour and the open-air Holy Mass, a sign of the festival's connection to the devotion to the Madonna delle Grazie.

The Festa delle Grazie is the perfect portrait of Marche social life: a simple and genuine event, born from the initiative of the neighborhood's inhabitants and grown over time to become an anticipated start-of-summer event in Tolentino. Those looking for big names on the festival circuit won't find them here, but they will discover something rarer: the warm welcome of a community that opens its tables, shares its recipes, and celebrates together, outdoors, on the first summer evenings.

The 2026 edition of the Festival of Graces returns to Piazzale G. Falcone, in the Le Grazie area of Tolentino, from Friday, June 12 to Sunday, June 14, 2026. Three evenings organized by the Gruppo Festeggiamenti Le Grazie with typical Marche cuisine, live orchestra dancing, and family-oriented activities. Sunday is dedicated to vintage cars and the open-air Holy Mass, confirming the festival's connection to the neighborhood's traditions.

- 8:00 PM — Seafood dinner: chitarrine, mussel stew, mixed fried fish, fried olives, and seafood salad

Saturday, June 13
- 3:30 PM — Afternoon for children with games and balloons by Magica Nadia; painting exhibition

Location
The festival takes place at Piazzale G. Falcone, in the Le Grazie industrial area of Tolentino (MC), postal code 62029, on the northwestern outskirts of the city.
How to get there
By car: Tolentino is reachable from the SS77 Val di Chienti highway (Tolentino exit), then follow signs for the Le Grazie area. By train: Tolentino station on the Civitanova Marche–Albacina line, a few minutes from the district.
Admission and costs
Admission to the festival area is free. Dinners and lunches are paid for at the food stands with affordable menus; the charity raffle and wheel of fortune game have a small cost to support the neighborhood's activities.
Tips
Evenings start around 8:00 PM with dinners; for dancing with the orchestra, the event starts at 9:00 PM. It is advisable to arrive early on the busiest evenings to find a table.
