Festival of Flavours

The first edition of the Festival of Flavours was held on Sunday, June 1, 2025, in Piazza Gramsci, in the village of Rilievo in Misiliscemi, starting at 6:00 PM. The event, organized by the Municipality of Misiliscemi together with the Pro Loco and supported by the Regional Department of Agriculture, also marked the official presentation of the Pro Loco Misiliscemi APS and the S.P.T. - Flavours, Productions, Traditions project.

The program featured a performance by the folk group Trapani Mia, a cooking show of pasta cu l'agghia by Nino Buscaino, a performance by the dance school ASD Bailando Academy Sicilia, and the awarding of prizes to students from the Montalto Institute. The evening continued with music and dance and concluded with a free tasting of pasta cu l'agghia, chips, and sfinci. Stalls featuring hobbyists and local food products were also present.
