Edition 2025 — Festival of Flavors
In 2025, the Festival of Flavors was held at the Circolo Arci San Lazzaro on May 24, 25, 31, and June 1 and 2. On that occasion too, the club's kitchen offered the great Emilian classics: tagliatelle and lasagna with ragù, dishes with porcini mushrooms and onions, and seasonal specialties, served at lunch and dinner in Sala 77 on Via Bellaria.
In 2025, the Festival of Flavors filled Sala 77 of the Circolo Arci San Lazzaro with aromas, in San Lazzaro di Savena, province of Bologna.
The 2025 dates
- May 24 and 31 — dinner only
- May 25, June 1 and 2 — lunch (11:00 AM - 2:30 PM) and dinner (6:00 PM - 9:00 PM)
The menu celebrated Emilian gastronomic tradition: from tagliatelle and lasagna with ragù to hot dishes based on porcini mushrooms and onions, up to some surprise seasonal dishes, prepared by the club's volunteers in a simple and familiar atmosphere.
