Edition 2025 — Festival of Flavors

The 2025 edition of the Festival of Flavors took place on August 2, 2025, in the Market Area of San Pancrazio Salentino, in the province of Brindisi. The evening featured tastings of local products, from cured meats and cheeses to seafood dishes, accompanied by folk music, performances, and children's entertainment with inflatables, as part of the Sampancraziese Summer program.

The Festival of Flavors returned to San Pancrazio Salentino on Saturday, August 2, 2025, hosted as per tradition in the town's Market Area. The event, organized by the Associazione Eventi Salentini as part of the Sampancraziese Summer, offered a rich tasting journey dedicated to the flavors of Salento: cured meats, cheeses, seafood products, and traditional local dishes.

The evening was brought to life by folk music, live performances, and entertainment, with areas designed for children as well. The event confirmed its role as a highly anticipated summer appointment for the community of San Pancrazio Salentino, in Apulia, capable of attracting visitors from neighboring towns in the Brindisi and Salento areas.
