In 2025, the Festival of Carbonara and Artichoke by Contrada San Martino brought Roman cuisine flavors to Legnano, served indoors. Carbonara, artichokes alla giudia, porchetta, and coda alla vaccinara for a weekend dedicated to the capital's tradition.
The 2025 edition of the Festival of Carbonara and Artichoke celebrated Roman cuisine at Contrada San Martino, in Legnano. In the covered hall at via XXIX Maggio, visitors enjoyed pasta alla carbonara, artichokes alla giudia, roast porchetta, and coda alla vaccinara, prepared by chef Pippo. One of the most characteristic festivals in the Palio di Legnano contrada calendar.
