Edition 2025 — Bigoi al Torcio Limena

The 2025 edition of the Festa dei Bigoi al Torcio animated the Prà del Donatore in Limena with handmade bigoli using the bigolaro, served by hundreds of volunteers, confirming it as one of the most beloved gastronomic festivals in the Padua area and its charitable mission.

In 2025, the Festa dei Bigoi al Torcio once again drew enthusiasts of the famous Venetian dish to Limena, in the province of Padua. The bigoli with duck ragu and other variations were handmade using the bigolaro by the numerous volunteers of the Confraternita dei Bigoi al Torcio APS.

As per tradition, the gastronomic stand at Prà del Donatore offered lunches and dinners over several days, with proceeds donated to social projects and local associations.

Programme

The 2025 program, structured as usual with evening dinners and weekend lunches, featured bigoli with duck ragu and other variations, handmade with the bigolaro at Prà del Donatore.
