The Festival (Non) Binario was conceived in 2026 as a new event by Teatro Binario 7 in Monza. In previous seasons, the Brianza theatre hosted numerous reviews and festivals dedicated to contemporary theatre and civil engagement, laying the groundwork for an event entirely focused on identities in motion.
The Festival (Non) Binario debuts in 2026 and represents a novelty in the cultural landscape of Monza and Brianza. The Teatro Binario 7, which hosts and curates it, has been a reference point for the city's contemporary theatre for years, with programming attentive to social issues and inclusion. From this vocation arises the idea of a festival that intertwines theatre, music, and performance to reflect on diversity and the transformations of identity.
