Festival della Carbonara — Cucine Romane

The 2025 edition of the Festival della Carbonara was held at the Parco del Museo del Tessile in Busto Arsizio from June 6 to 8, with extended hours from Friday evening to Sunday. Street chefs offered Roman classics — carbonara, cacio e pepe, supplì, carciofi alla giudia, coda alla vaccinara — paired with quality craft beers. The musical highlight was Saturday, June 7, with a concert by the band Punto It, dedicated to the best hits of Italian music. The event, with free entry and no reservation required, confirmed the success of the formula dedicated to the flavours of the Capital.
