Festinborgo in Montecchio di Peccioli

The 2025 edition of Festinborgo was held on Saturday, June 21 in the village of Montecchio, a hamlet of the Municipality of Peccioli (Province of Pisa, Tuscany), starting from 7:00 PM until late at night.

The highlight was the wandering dinner through the village streets, featuring traditional dishes prepared by the women of Montecchio: cabbage soup, pasta alla Montecchiese, pasta al Becco, grilled meat and salt cod, and tripe, accompanied by the exclusive "Montecchiese" liqueur. The evening was enlivened by live music and a DJ set from 11:00 PM, with the addition of astronomical observation curated by the Astrofili Pisani. To facilitate access, parking was activated at the Incubatore di Peccioli and Cemetery areas, with free shuttles to the village.
