FestambienteSud 2025 in San Marco in Lamis

The twenty-first edition of FestambienteSud, under the title "Out of Africa, the future from the South", enlivened Puglia from July 18 to August 1, 2025, with a stop in San Marco in Lamis, in the province of Foggia, on July 23.

In the setting of the thousand-year-old San Matteo Convent, the evening with free admission opened at 7 PM with the seminar-concert "Il Canto Beneventano", dedicated to the ancient liturgical tradition of the South and entrusted to the Orbisophia choir. Following this, at 9 PM, the convent hosted a stop on the tour of the Premio Strega Poesia finalists, in an encounter between ancient music, poetry, and the Gargano landscape. The evening confirmed the San Matteo Convent as one of the symbolic places of Legambiente's festival in the Gargano.
