In 2025, Cesano Maderno also celebrated its patron saint, Saint Stephen Protomartyr, on the fourth Sunday of September, with the week of solemn masses, procession, shows, and stalls that has always accompanied the city's most cherished event.

The 2025 edition of the Festa Patronale di Santo Stefano renewed the Cesano tradition, with the week of celebrations culminating on the fourth Sunday of September. Solemn masses, a procession in honour of the patron saint, shows, and traditional stalls animated the city centre, bringing the community together around its roots. The festival, deeply rooted in Cesano Maderno's identity, once again proved to be the most important religious and popular event of the year.
