Edition 2025 — San Martino a Montefortino
On November 11th, 2025, Montefortino celebrated its patron saint, Saint Martin, as every year. On the day dedicated to the saint, the village of the Monti Sibillini renewed the tradition of the patronal feast, amidst religious celebrations in the historic centre and the quiet atmosphere of the Marche autumn, during the period of the so-called "St. Martin's summer" and new wine.
The Festa patronale di San Martino in Montefortino took place, as tradition dictates, on November 11th, 2025, the day of Saint Martin of Tours, patron saint of the village in the province of Fermo. The celebrations in honour of the saint brought the community together in the historic centre perched among the peaks of the Monti Sibillini National Park, on a day that combines religious devotion with the popular traditions of the Marche autumn, featuring chestnuts and new wine.
