Edition 2025 — San Giovanni a Carcare
In 2025, Carcare celebrated its patron saint San Giovanni Battista with a pyromusical show on the banks of the Bormida, the funfair in Piazza Caravadossi, and traditional bonfires along the river, confirming one of the most beloved events of the Val Bormida summer.
The 2025 edition of the patronal festival renewed Carcare's tradition of June 24th: alongside religious celebrations in honor of San Giovanni Battista, there were the funfair, bonfires along the Bormida, and the evening pyromusical show, with fireworks synchronized to music along the riverbanks. An evening that drew crowds from all over the Val Bormida, in the province of Savona.
