The Festa Patronale di San Fortunato 2025 animated Casei Gerola around the third Sunday of October with the usual programme: the Circuito Casellese cycling race, the artisan exhibition, the Sapori d'autunno dinner with music, fairground rides, and the solemn mass with the procession of the patron saint in Piazza Meardi.
