Edition 2025 — Madonna del Carmine
On July 16th, 2025, the village of Gallicchio celebrated its patron saint, the Madonna del Carmine, with a solemn Mass, the procession of the statue through the village streets, and evening civil celebrations featuring music and Lucanian flavors.
The 2025 edition of the festival took place as every year on July 16th, confirming the strength of a popular devotion rooted for generations. From the solemn Mass to the procession of the statue of the Madonna del Carmine along the streets of the historic center, to the evening festival in the square with music and food stalls, the day brought together the community and emigrants who returned for the occasion.
