Edition 2025 — Festa di San Rocco
The Festa di San Rocco in Sasso di Castalda took place on August 16, 2025, with the procession of the patron saint, the reading of the supplication, the fair, concerts by the Comitato Feste San Rocco, and fireworks, confirming it as the most cherished festival of the Lucanian village's summer.
In 2025, Sasso di Castalda once again celebrated its patron saint Saint Roch on August 16th, with the solemn procession through the village streets, prayers, and the band music, along with the traditional reading of the supplication. The fair, concerts organized by the Comitato Feste San Rocco, and fireworks late at night completed a day that each year draws residents, emigrants, and visitors to the village.
