Festa di San Marone

The Festa di San Marone 2025 took place from August 14th to 18th in Civitanova Marche, Province of Macerata. Among the most evocative moments, on August 16th, the sea procession carried the Saint's relics along the coast accompanied by fishing boats, with the laying of a wreath and the blessing of those lost at sea; in the evening, the Sanctuary hosted the musical event dedicated to the patron saint. On August 17th, the civil festival continued in Piazza della Libertà with a tribute to Antonello Venditti, while on August 18th, the patron saint's day, the traditional Cozzata de Santo Maro and the San Marone Show with Andrea Perroni were renewed, concluding with midnight fireworks. An edition that confirmed the festival as one of the most beloved events of the Civitanova summer.
