Edition 2025 — Festa della Zucca
The 2025 edition of the Festa della Zucca di Pieris brought the colours and flavours of the Isontino autumn to Piazza Garibaldi. Organised by Pro Loco San Canzian, the event featured food stalls with pumpkin gnocchi, roasted chestnuts, hot sandwiches, Ribolla wine, and desserts, alongside an artisan market.
As tradition dictates, there was ample space for children with pumpkin carving workshops, games, and entertainment, while the competition for the most beautiful pumpkin and the evening masked parade crowned a cheerful and well-attended festival, loved by families from all over the region.
