Edition 2025 — Festa della Trota

In 2025, the Festa della Trota once again enlivened Molino di Altissimo between late May and early June, featuring the food stand dedicated to De.Co. trout from the Alta Valle del Chiampo, exhibitions, conferences, and musical evenings.

The 2025 edition of the Festa della Trota confirmed the tradition of the festival in Molino di Altissimo, in the Alta Valle del Chiampo (VI). The food stand offered specialties based on De.Co. trout — crostini, fried trout, trout sauce pasta, fillets and grilled trout — accompanied by musical evenings and cultural moments.

The event, traditionally held over several weekends between late May and early June, reaffirmed the territory's connection with fish farming and the valorization of local products.
