Edition 2025 — Festa della Transumanza
In 2025, the Festa della Transumanza once again enlivened San Pietro in Gu on the first Sunday of October, with the arrival of herds, a folkloristic parade, an exhibition of typical products and agricultural machinery, and the Pro Loco Guadense's spit-roasted ox.
The 2025 edition of the Festa della Transumanza, the 21st, confirmed the re-enactment of the herds' return to San Pietro in Gu (PD). The folkloristic parade, the exhibition of typical products and agricultural machinery, and the spit-roasted ox enlivened the day.
The event, organized by the Municipality with the Pro Loco Guadense, keeps alive the memory of a rural tradition that began in the early 20th century and is linked to the Altopiano di Asiago.
