Festa della Torta al Testo e dei Vini DOC dei Colli Perugini

In 2025 too, the Festa della Torta al Testo attracted lovers of traditional Umbrian cuisine to Pila. In the Parco dell'Arringatore of Villa Umbra, the stalls offered torta al testo cooked on the stone slab, stuffed with cured meats, cheeses, and sausage, accompanied by the DOC wines of the Colli Perugini. Amidst live music and dancing evenings, the festival confirmed its role as a historic summer event for the Perugino area, faithful to the original recipe and traditions.

2025 edition: the festival took place between late June and early July in the Parco dell'Arringatore of Villa Umbra in Pila (Perugia), with stalls serving torta al testo cooked on embers, cured meats, cheeses, DOC wines from the Colli Perugini, live music, and evening dancing.
