Edition 2025 — Festa della Sapa
The 2025 edition of the Festa della Sapa e del Vin Brulè renewed in Rosora, in the heart of the Vallesina in the province of Ancona, the autumn tradition dedicated to sapa and vin brulè (mulled wine). Organised by Pro Loco Rosora, the event brought the historic centre of the village to life with food stalls, tastings of typical products, and folk music.
As every year, visitors could taste sapa, the cooked grape syrup with an intense flavour, along with roasted chestnuts, stuffed crescie, and traditional Marche cakes, in a festive atmosphere celebrating the grape harvest and the rural identity of the area.
