Edition 2025 — Festa della Montagna

The XVI edition of the Festa della Montagna took place in Castelsaraceno on October 25 and 26, 2025, with guided trekking, mountain biking, horse riding, falconry, and the festival of autumn flavours featuring truffles, mushrooms, and chestnuts from the Park. A two-day event dedicated to nature and the products of the Lucanian mountains.

The XVI edition of the Festa della Montagna enlivened Castelsaraceno on October 25 and 26, 2025. Organised by the Pro Loco Castelsaraceno, the event offered a rich programme of outdoor activities — trekking, mountain biking, horse riding, and falconry displays — accompanied by the Sagra dei Sapori Autunnali (Festival of Autumn Flavours), with food and wine stalls and a market of typical local products (truffles, mushrooms, chestnuts). An event that confirmed Castelsaraceno's vocation as a destination for nature tourism between Pollino and the Lucanian Apennines.
