Festa della Contrada Spagna - Aspettando il Palio

In the summer of 2025, the Festa della Contrada Spagna was part of the usual series of contrada festivals in Garda, the 'Aspettando il Palio' series. The contrada, with its red and green colours, dedicated the evening to the tench, the contrada's symbolic fish and a typical inhabitant of Lake Garda, offering traditional dishes prepared with fresh and genuine ingredients. Live music accompanied the festival, helping to build anticipation for the great Palio delle Contrade rowing race on August 15th, in the Garda village in the province of Verona.
