Festa dell'Olio Buono Festival

The first edition of the Festa dell'Olio Buono inaugurated a format in Fasano, from January 17 to 19, 2025, dedicated entirely to extra virgin olive oil. Organized by Itriae Culturae with the patronage of the Municipality of Fasano and the Association of Oil Cities, the festival enlivened the city center with food stalls, thematic meetings, sensory analysis courses, and show cooking.

Among the events were the family activity "Evo Children" at Masseria Pezze Galere, the "Family Oil" competition dedicated to non-professional olive growers, the meetings "Nice to meet you, I am EVO Oil" and "Oil and Health," and in the Representative Hall of the Town Hall, the presentation of the FIOI "Production Manual" and sensory education courses. All events were free.
