Edition 2025 — Sagra della Trota
In 2025, the Festa dell'Assunta with the Sagra della Trota once again celebrated Ferragosto in Arsiero, at the Palatenda of Patronato Don Bosco. Astico trout fried or grilled, live music, a raffle, and fireworks enlivened the day, as part of Agosto Arsierese.
The 2025 edition of the Festa dell'Assunta – Sagra della Trota reprised the tradition of Arsiero's Ferragosto: at the Palatenda of Patronato Don Bosco, food stalls served trout from the Astico stream, fried or grilled, while the day was marked by live music, the traditional raffle, and the final fireworks display. The event was organized by the Pro Loco Arsiero.
