Edition 2025 — Festa del Tortello
In 2025, Terzorio celebrated the third edition of the Festa del Tortello, dedicated to the typical recipe of the village, once almost disappeared. A live demonstration of the preparation and food stands brought the traditional tortello back to the table, in the heart of the Imperia hinterland.
The 2025 edition, the third, confirmed the success of the festival dedicated to the tortello di Terzorio. The event, created to rediscover an almost forgotten recipe, featured a live demonstration of its preparation and food stands in the village center.
An event that, edition after edition, has helped to enhance an iconic dish of Terzorio, part of the community's history and memory, as part of the process for De.Co. recognition.
