Edition 2025 — Festa del Riso

The 2025 edition of the Festa del Riso di Carpiano took place from October 3 to 5 in Piazza Colonna, organised by the Pro Loco. Featuring risottos in many variations, an exhibition on the rice supply chain, vintage tractors, music, and dancing, the festival celebrated the symbolic product of the countryside south of Milan.

The Festa del Riso di Carpiano 2025 brought to Piazza Colonna, from October 3 to 5, three days dedicated to rice and the rural culture of the Milanese territory. The Pro Loco offered risotto in numerous variations along with arancini, sandwiches, polenta, and desserts, complementing the gastronomy with an exhibition on the rice supply chain and a display of agricultural machinery, vintage tractors, and vehicles. Live music, group dances, and baby dance enlivened the evenings, confirming the festival as one of the most beloved events of Carpiano's autumn.
