Festa del Mandorlato

The 2025 edition, the 41st Festa del Mandorlato, was held from December 6th to 8th in Cologna Veneta. From 9 AM, the traditional stalls dedicated to mandorlato opened, featuring classic versions and new variations from local artisans, with over 300 exhibitors including a Christmas market, a food and wine fair, and a street market.

Every day at 5:30 PM, there was a free tasting of hot mandorlato prepared by local producers. The program included shows and ancient games, flag-waver performances, historical parades, and, as a novelty for 2025, a Ferris wheel. The gastronomic area in Via Chioggiano offered specialties such as Gran Bollito with Pearà and mandorlato-based desserts.

The 2025 edition took place from December 6th to 8th with: opening of the mandorlato stalls from 9 AM; free tasting of hot mandorlato at 5:30 PM daily; Christmas market, food and wine fair, and street market with over 300 exhibitors; shows, ancient games, and flag-waver performances; historical parades; Ferris wheel; gastronomic area with Gran Bollito with Pearà and mandorlato desserts; exhibitions and guided tours.
