Edition 2025 — Festa del Gambero
The Festa del Gambero in Amaro took place from August 6 to 10, 2025, with river crayfish as the star, alongside Carnic cuisine dishes and live music evenings.
The 2025 edition of the Festa del Gambero was held from August 6 to 10 in Amaro. For five evenings, the Pro Loco's food stalls offered Amaro crayfish and Carnia specialties, from frico to polenta, in a village festival atmosphere with music and dancing that enlivened the town center.
