Edition 2025 — Festa del Formaggio
In 2025 too, the Festa del Formaggio di Marsure celebrated the historic Social Dairy and its products, bringing the community together under the marquee set up in front of the dairy. The stalls offered the great classics of Friulian cuisine based on cheese: frico, homemade gnocchi, pasta and beans, polenta, grilled cheese, ricotta, and caciotta.
A simple and genuine festival, organised by Pro Loco Marsure together with the dairy's members, which has been telling the story of the cheesemaking tradition of the Pordenone Prealps for years.
